Terms and Conditions

1. Fiberglass Product Preparation and Installation:

• Due to the nature of fiberglass production, parts require fitting, trimming, filling, grinding, prepping, priming, and painting before final installation.

• It is highly recommended to seek professional installation by someone experienced with aftermarket automotive fiberglass products.

• GMC Autostyling is not responsible for any additional costs related to repairs or achieving proper fitment.

• Refunds will not be issued for minor fitment issues or small damages.

• To avoid inconvenience, wait until all items are delivered before scheduling body shop appointments, as estimated delivery times are approximate.

2. International Orders:

• For items longer than 1.5m being shipped outside of Europe, they will be cut in half for shipping, as this is the only feasible method.

• A template will be included to assist in properly rejoining the parts.

3. Returns Policy:

• If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please notify us within 2 working days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

• Returns due to change of mind are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus the original postage costs.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

• Replacement items or refunds will only be processed once the original items are returned in the same condition they were received.

• Claims for items showing signs of fitting will not be accepted.

• The customer is responsible for ensuring the returned items are properly packaged, shipped, and fully insured.

• Cancellations made prior to shipment will incur a 10% restocking fee.
